**A relaxing 2-hour pottery workshop focusing on traditional hand-building techniques using minimal tools.**

You will learn how to make a pinch pot vase out of air-drying clay and will be guided through how to personalise it. From simple minimalist vases to maximalist creations, Clay Wild will help you find your wild and make your vase completely your own!

The class will start with Head Potter Megan taking you through the basic pinch technique - she will then show you how to build on this to assemble a vase! 

At the end of the class, you will have a finished vase to take away with you and tips on how to decorate it at home when dry. These vases are perfect for dried flowers, long candles, pen holders or simply ornaments for the house.

Learn to make a pinch-pot vase from air-drying clay!

**A relaxing 2-hour pottery workshop focusing on traditional hand-building techniques using minimal tools.**

You will learn basic hand-building techniques to make a pinch pot and a coil pot and will be guided through how to personalise these. From simple minimalist pots to maximalist creations, Clay Wild will help you find your wild and make your pots completely your own!

The class will start with Head Potter Megan taking you through the basic pinch technique - you’ll then leave the pinch pot to toughen up a little whilst learning the coiling method to make a second pot. Megan will teach you how to shape and add extras onto your pots (think: handles, faces, shapes, anything you like) and how to smooth or add texture. 

At the end of the class, you will have two small pots to take away with you and tips on how to decorate them at home when dry. These pots are perfect for small plants and candles, as jewellery holders or simply ornaments.
